What look and style do you want to portray with your wedding photographs? What kind of photos do you like- color or black and white? Gideon Photography shows us some of each below . Now you know what to tell your photographer you want and if you get an amazing photographer like Jimmy at Gideon, he will be able to use lighting, color and your theme to get you exactly what you are looking for. I love the purple that the bride, Hailee, used and the contrasting colors of red, yellow and orange. Gorgeous bride in her wedding dress, beautiful vintage decorations and amazing cake!
From Hailee, the bride:
I thought I would share with you how we met and fell in love! Erik and I went on a blind date February 24, 2012. We call it a blind date but it was anything but that. I knew more about Erik then I think Erik knew about himself. In high school I worked for Erik’s oldest sister, Allie, as her family nanny, while he was serving and LDS mission in Mexico City. I grew to love Erik before we even met, from the way that his nieces and nephew talked about him. Allie was trying to be a match maker from day one. She would always tell me how perfect we would be together. In response, I would say you just want me to be your sister and kids auntie. When Erik got off his mission Allie had quite the plan that only my sister and mom knew about. On the ride home from picking Erik up at the airport Allie showed Erik a picture of me and said “When you are ready to meet and date your future wife let me know.” She knew exactly what she was doing. We went on our first date in two weeks after and were married September 21, 2012. We hope you enjoy seeing our day almost as much as we did!
Congratulations Hailee & Erik!
